| Preparation | Ensure the base substrate is hard, cohesive, clean, sound and dry. There is no need to prime or seal the surface before application. Prepare using water at room temperature: Filling - Add 450ml water per 1kg powder (45%) Stir until smooth. |
| Application | Apply manually using coating blade or trowel. For normal application, one coat is all you need. For extreme applications, more than one coat may be necessary. No fill depth limit. Can be painted 3 hours after application. Can be overcoated with any type of filler, paint or wall coating. Do not coat directly with polyurethane paint nor epoxy solvent based painted. Easy to sand. After use, clean tools with water. Coverage: 1kg of powder fills 1L of volume. |
